Parents with kids in the San Ramon Valley Unified should be quite pleased today. Yesterday the district board voted unanimously to operate Subway franchises in their four high schools. If it works out, the program will trickle down to middle schools as well. a 6-inch sandwich, milk & fruit for four bucks. Not bad! And Subway has some great, healthy choices.
