Happy birthday, Tina!

This morning's trivia on KOIT:

Q: Her first comedy "job" was writing an anonymous column for her high school news paper.

A: Tina Fey wrote the column under the pseudonym "The Colonel" for the Upper Darby High (near Philly) newspaper "The Acorn" . She turns 40 today.

Tomorrow's trivia prize? Great America Tix!

More high school newspaper stuff: I was the photo editor for my school paper. The staff at the "Blueprint" , the school paper at Acalanes High in Lafayette must be feeling pretty good today. They just found out that their paper was named best high school paper in the nation by the American Scholastic Press Association, earning a score of 955 points out of possible 1,000. They also won in 1999, and  passed 59 other schools for the honor this year.
