How's the weather up there?

This morning's trivia question on KOIT:

Q: When the Golden Gate Bridge opened in 1937, it was the tallest suspension bridge in the world. What year did the bridge have to give up the title?

A: It was pushed aside by New York's Verrazano Narrows Bridge in 1964.

I got a chance to go to the top of the south tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was when I was working at a lesser Bay Area radio station needing publicity shots of their air folks. My hair was still brown - over 20 years ago. Here are some pix for you:
