Hello everyone. I'm back on track this week after some minor obstacles last week with eating habits. The Jumpstart counselors always tell me "one day at a time." It's true. I've lost another pound at the last wigh-in. I'm now 7 lbs. shy of my initial weight loss goal of 20 lbs. I'm definitely gettinging into the Spring vibe with the wight loss.
