Chickpea and Rosemary Soup from Massel!
It's national soup month so try this delicious easy Chickpea and Rosemary Soup from Massel! You are sure to fall in love with it!
3 cups of broth using Massel Concentrated Liquid Stock, vegetable flavor
2-3 cups of cooked chickpeas
2 cups of tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over a medium heat.
- Lightly saute the green onion and garlic for just a few minutes.
- Add in the rosemary and tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add in the vegetable broth and the cooked chickpeas.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish freshly chopped parsley and chopped spring onions
