Chickpea and Rosemary Soup from Massel!

It's national soup month so try this delicious easy Chickpea and Rosemary Soup from Massel! You are sure to fall in love with it!


  • 3 cups of broth using Massel Concentrated Liquid Stock, vegetable flavor

  • 2-3 cups of cooked chickpeas

  • 2 cups of tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary

  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over a medium heat.
  2. Lightly saute the green onion and garlic for just a few minutes.
  3. Add in the rosemary and tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add in the vegetable broth and the cooked chickpeas.
  5. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish freshly chopped parsley and chopped spring onions
