Week 6 was great at Jumpstart MD. I had my visit. Lost another lb. Feeling great. Energy levels are sustained. The Jumpstart MD staff gave me a few snack tips -- specifically for weekends, when I'm watching TV. I've noticed my pants are a little looser now -- which is good! Time to buy a new belt :-) I've started cooking some meals ahead of time (like chicken and veggies). This way I can pack easily for lunch at work.
