Wet Nose Wednesday: Featured Organization and Shelters List
Furry Friends Rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) companion animal rescue organization for Northern California since 1998. We have no shelter building or office. We usually home foster about 100 dogs and cats year round. All animals are home fostered and trained by our dedicated volunteer Foster Homes until they are adopted to their forever loving home as a true family member. We rescue dogs and cats of all ages (babies to seniors), all breed types, special medical/behavior needs and dogs/cats on PTS list due to being out of time from many crowded Northern California animal shelters.
Many rescue dogs and cats require basic vet care, but some need special vet care (due to neglect/abuse). Some with terminal illness or seniors, live in our loving Sanctuary Foster Homes.
