Wet Nose Wednesdays

Categories:

Town Cats works to alleviate the suffering of stray, abandoned, unwanted and feral cats in Santa Clara County and serve as advocates for all cats.

Town Cats sponsor innovative programs to help cats in traditional shelters in their county, as well as community cats who live outdoors. They educate the public through community outreach, and provide their community with the tools to become part of the solution. They provide cat food and support to low income cat guardians, fosters or owners. They find permanent, safe, and loving homes for the homeless cats and kittens in their care!

Town Cats is located at
2869 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612
Open Wenesday to Saturday from 10am-7pm and Sundays at 10am-5pm
(408) 779-5761

*(FIV stands for feline immunodeficiency virus. FIV causes a weakening of the cat’s immune system. FIV-positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental issue, which could be detected with annual vet visits.)
